Paddles for a Purpose

Join us for our first annual Pickle Ball Tournament Fundraiser on May 30th!


This multi-level tournament invites players of all abilities to participate. We have spots open for twelve teams in each bracket! Grab your partner, paddle and meet us on the courts at Saint Michael's by the Sea. Join us to play in your game-level bracket, then stay for as long as you'd like to enjoy food, drinks and community!

 

  • Beginner/Intermediate 12:00-1:30
  • Advanced 1:30-3:00
  • "Pro" 3:00-4:30

 

Games will be a sprint to 11 points or played in 15-minute intervals; the game will end with whichever comes first. We have a two-game guarantee for every team, but in accordance with single elimination style tournaments, teams must win in order to advance to the semi-finals and finals.

 

Teams must be made of two people, and may only participate in one level. Each team member should register individually, and list their team's name. Entry costs $50 per person. Every entry fee is a tax-deductible donation and supports Coastal Sage's mission to provide access to high-quality Montessori education for all. Spring Day of Service

March 10, 2026
At Coastal Sage Montessori, students are encouraged to be servant leaders - both in the classroom and in the community. This month, our students will be participating in service throughout San Diego County! On March 24th, our lower and upper elementary will be participating in a beach clean-up and our adolescents will be supporting the San Diego Food Bank at their new Vista Location. If you would like to join us as a chaperone or support with transportation, please email Grace - grace@coastalsage.org .

Parenting Class

Signe, our school director and mother of six children, and her husband Juan Castañeda, will be hosting parenting classes. The series will cover topics like screen-time, discipline and what makes a family. The first will take place on March 26th at 6:00pm. Join us and bring a friend! To register, please sign up below.
