Lisa Chifokoyo

Director of Operations

Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and brings a rich background in organizational leadership, education, ministry, and supporting children and families.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Lisa served as Director of Operations for a nonprofit dedicated to educating, feeding, and caring for children living on the streets. After moving to the East Coast, she continued her work with children and families, leading children’s programming and partnering closely with parents to create nurturing environments where children felt known, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Most recently, Lisa served as Director of Operations for a growing church community in North County San Diego, where she supported the people, systems, and day-to-day operations that helped the organization thrive.



Lisa is passionate about education, meaningful relationships, and building strong, healthy communities where children and families can flourish. As both a CSM parent and member of the team, she is grateful to bring her experience, heart for service, and love of community to Coastal Sage Montessori.
