Director of Operations

Jasmine brings over 30 years of experience in operations, administration, and small business ownership to her role at Coastal Sage Montessori. As Director of Operations, she helps keep the day-to-day running smoothly - whether it’s supporting teachers, coordinating facilities, or guiding the school’s long-term plans.

Before joining Coastal Sage Montessori, Jasmine co-owned Aura Candles for 15 years, where she managed everything from product development to marketing and wholesale partnerships. She also led a wholesale distribution company, overseeing a large team and multiple locations, experiences that taught her the value of teamwork, adaptability, and clear communication.

A North County native, Jasmine has raised two daughters in the community and is passionate about building strong relationships with families. She loves creating an environment where children, parents, and staff all feel supported and connected.
