Coastal Sage Montessori

How To Apply

Are you interested in applying to our school?

We look forward to meeting you and getting to know your child! These steps will walk you through the process.

1.

Contact our Admissions Director

It’s never too early to begin the application process.  Our Director of Admissions can be reached via phone or email. Your first conversation will be a chance to let us know how old your child is and what program you are interested in applying for. We will invite you to schedule a visit to the school so that you may tour the campus and see in person what we have to offer.

2.

Schedule a tour

Initial visits are scheduled for weekday mornings, Tuesday-Thursday. This gives prospective families a chance to see the uninterrupted morning work cycle: a hallmark of Montessori education. Your visit will start with a tour of the school, followed by a chance to sit and observe a class at work. Before you leave, you will have an opportunity to meet with our administrative staff to ask any question you may have. Please note that these initial visits are for adults only.

3.

Submit an application

Online applications are available. Please keep in mind that spaces do fill early.

4.

Attend a student visit

After your child's application has been received, we will set up an in-person student visit with your child and your family. We use this opportunity to engage with your child, so that we can begin to understand their personality and what sparks their curiosity. During the visit, we meet with your family to talk more in depth about our programs and answer any lingering questions that you may have.

5.

Secure your child’s enrollment

If your child is accepted to our school, we require that you send a deposit in order to secure their enrollment. Payment must be received within two weeks of notice of acceptance and will be applied toward your child’s tuition.

6.
